How It All Started
A Cigar, a Match, & a Beautiful Moment
Ten years ago, on our anniversary, Michelle and I walked into a small tobacco shop in the Dominican Republic. We watched a torcedor hand-roll a cigar right in front of us… then he handed it to me with a match.
It was the best cigar I've ever smoked.
But it wasn't just the cigar — it was everything. A beautiful country. A beautiful moment. A beautiful woman beside me. That moment stayed with me.
The Talking Rock Original was born from that memory — custom blended with Dominican tobacco, crafted to recreate that experience as closely as possible.
And now here we are… Michelle and I, in beautiful Talking Rock, smoking what might just be the second-best cigar I've ever had.

The Talking Rock Cigar Co. is a passion project born from a love of great tobacco, good company, and the unique charm of Talking Rock, Georgia.
We started with a simple belief: every great moment deserves a great cigar. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado or picking up your first stick, we're here to guide you, share our knowledge, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need.
Our shop shares a beautiful 1,100 sq ft showroom with The Decor Amore — a curated collection of high-end furniture, décor, and artwork from local artists. It's a space where everyone finds something they love.

Every cigar in our 4,000-capacity humidor is stored at optimal temperature and humidity. We don't compromise on quality — ever.
